Designing structure for complex products and the systems behind them

I’m a product designer with deep information architecture and content strategy experience. I help teams untangle complex products and product systems through structure — taxonomy, navigation, content models, reusable patterns, and standards — so people can find what they need and teams can scale what they build.

Shape information architecture, taxonomy, and content models that give complex products a clear foundation.

Clarify the structure

Design navigation, workflows, and page structures that help people find what they need and move through the product with confidence.

Define the key paths

Build standards, documentation, and governance that help teams design, ship, and scale from a shared structure.

Align teams at scale

About me

I’m Moira Gill, a product designer with an information architecture and content strategy backbone. I turn messy, overloaded product systems into something people can actually navigate.

My work lives in the structural layer — navigation, content models, taxonomy, workflows, reusable patterns, and the standards that keep products and teams aligned as they grow.

I’ve worked across fintech, health tech, and membership platforms, leading product and content systems work in experiences used by millions of people.
